Assumes responsibility for developing, testing and releasing row crop seeding equipment in a team environment. Responsibilities will involve whole machine design, driving innovation into design work from concept through production of new concept products destined for the North American and Eastern European marketplace.
BS degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering required. Candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to travel as needed throughout the U.S. and Canada some overseas travel as required. Strong engineering skill sets required. Ability to be a willing worker ready to join an innovative, team-based environment. Strong computer skills, detail oriented, good communication skills are a necessity. A willingness to participate in lab and field verification efforts is required. Experience in seeding equipment design very desirable Skilled in Pro-E or similar 3-D CAD system.
