Responsibilities
Provide expertise in various materials including plastics and sheet metal. Work within a team environment with other engineers and designers to achieve production build dates. Assist and guide other engineers and designers in related and/or non-related engineering disciplines. Plan, prepare and provide project schedules, reports on design progress and recommendations for improvements to project objectives and processes. Communicate with vendor community about technical aspects of purchased parts and assist the purchasing department in related procurements. Analyze product applications; investigate customer or field problems, answer customer inquires related to product designs. General Requirements

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (BSME preferred) Knowledge of 3D Parametric CAD is preferred. Knowledge of electronics, structures or prototyping is preferred. Minimum of 2 years product design experience.
