REQUIREMENTS: •Design and release of parts assemblies and bills of material •Manage major projects within the Team •Perform structural and material analysis of components and assemblies to determine their suitability for the intended application and purpose •Support Operations by clarifying and resolving issues that come upon the line •Support Sales and Product Planning in the execution of their functions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must have at least one of the following; BSME, BSESM, Proficient knowledge of a Bill of Material system/program required. General knowledge of both chassis and body options required. Proficiency in Mechanics of Materials, or Machine Design. 5 years experience in the design and release of components and assemblies associated with On-Highway Heavy Vehicles, Construction or Agricultural equipment, or a related industry required. Familiar with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and SAE standards required. Familiar with State Specifications. Previous experience leading projects and/or small teams required. Good oral and written communication skills, requiring technical interpretations. Good presentation skills, use of Microsoft Office tools a plus.
